Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services At The stop right before this one there was alot of unexpected extras that took up the rest of the room in the trailer. His bike would have been in the back of truck until next drop off.

August did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. He was exactly on time and even called after delivery to make sure everything was satisfactory. I strongly recommend him and would use his service again.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper represented that the vehicle would be shipped in an enclosed transporter but when the driver arrived the enclosed transporter was full and he only offered space on the open bed of his pick-up truck. He himself advised against doing this due to the possibility of damage and said that he would not be back in the area again for 3 weeks.
