Picked up the dogs a few hours behind due to my vehicle acting up. Delivered the dogs 4-5 late because my vehicle broke down the radiator went out on it. And it took me around 4 days to find a rental van because all the places were out. I kept Liz updated throughout the whole time and delivered the animals safe and happy.

Accepted bid on 5/19, sent email immediately to provider to confirm pickup date. Did not hear back until 5/28 (9 days later). Left us until the last second to pickup at 11:30pm, our dogs didn't arrive to our house until 1:30am on Wednesday the 24th. Suppose to be the 18/19... Said car troubles. Be sure to read his cancellations as his communication is extremely lacking, our bunny arrived covered in feces. Very unhappy.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I had not heard from the service provider on the pickup, so when I contacted him, he replied back that he was unable to accomodate the shipment now and was cancelling.

Excellent Service, great communication. Thank you for taking such good care of our animal babies (2 dogs, and 4 bunnies). They are so happy to be here with us in our new state! I would definetly use you guys again!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Debbie! She is super sweet, and was fabulous to my two babies! Transportation was SUPER quick and she even hauled my trailer at the last second as well. She made our move go much smoother. Thank you Debbie for being so sweet!
