A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The pick up location was in a remote area that could not be reached by my vehicle due to 4-6 six inches of snow. I talked to both parties and Mr. Wood called me and informed me that they would haul the cargo to Lexington themselves. Even though I did lose about $200. in gas money and travel time
I do realize there is nothing that can be done about bad weather. At my age I have trouble controlling my body functions, I certainly cannot change the weather.

There were some issues with the moving truck, mostly because of the weather. Overall and under the circumstances I thought Chris did a fine job. He was very dedicated to getting the job done though all the elements were aginst him. He kept great communication even when the truck broke down. We were alittle worried when our belongings came in a differant vehicle but he was with our belongings the whole time and everything was in order. Thank you Chris! If we move again we will give you a call.

I have to say that my mother was no happy with me when I told her I trusted a driver I didnt know to deliver my dog across country to my parents house. But Randy was polite and called often enough that I didnt worry. Pick up was easy. Jack was well taken care of and delivered very fast. My mother got Jack, happy and not emotionally strained. She texted me to tell everyone that Randy gets FIVE STARS from the Queen Family. Thats alot coming from her. Thanks Randy!
