A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Delivery was not ready, waited for hours and customer was having trouble reaching the other party to get the load picked up. After hours of waiting, I had no choice but to let the customer know I would have to allow him to repost due to the time restraint of my next already scheduled load.
