Pete delivered my boat when promised in good condition. He was easy to get in touch with and easy to work with on the pick up and delivery. I would use him again for my shipping needs.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried both phone and email to contact Alan but have been unable to reach him since September 5th. The desired shipment date was Sept. 9th which he knew for about a month. On Sept. 5th he said he could not accommodate the 9th but he would pick up as early as the 12th but no later than the 15th. I call multiple times every day and his voicemail is full and he doesn't return calls. Except for personal health/emergencies this is unacceptable business practice.
