Joe was responsive and punctual. He has a professional setup, and I was pleased to see that my horse was shipped safely. The horse being shipped was a young mare that was inexperienced in step-up trailers. She would enter with her forelegs, but not the rear. Joe didn't rush or hurry her, and gave the handlers the time we needed to gently encourage her to safely load. He took his time with the transport to my delight. She arrived safely and unruffled. I will definitely use Joe again. uShip rocks!
