A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We where at here location to pick up in the time frame she requested. When our two drivers got there, they felt they needed a little more help to remove the steinway. She would not allow the local Labor ready people, who we use for extra man power, in her home. We agreed to try and find other help. We where going to try to be back in the area by the end of the month, but by the time we where back in her area it was going to be outside her pick up time window. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Lack of communication, made promises they didn't keep, had to provide paperwork to prove I had stated the job correctly in order not to be penalized 10 percent. Recieved calls to pick up my Steinway even after we agreed to cancel the job. it was not a good experience for me! Must be a fluke since all their ratings are positive...except me.
