Operating Engineer, Local 15, Heavy Equipment Operator/Maintenance Man specializing in bridges, tunnels , and heavy foundation work. Currently employed as a foreman in NYC, construction of the "Second Avenue Subway" underground excavation, drilling and blasting. Married, four children, 67 years old. Experienced delays due to holiday & remote location of machine, not in well travelled area of the country. Truck required to move this 18,000 lbs. excavator had limited availability. A wait was required, about 14 days. Driver arrived for pickup same day I was advised by broker,DAK, that he would do same and driver very helpful as machine needed a jump start which he performed and loaded on trailer. Machine arrived my location no problem 4 days later, 2400 miles. Thanks Roger, Andy, and Erica.

Keith is a real gentleman. He was very attentive and patient with me. My shipment was an auction purchased piece of equipment that necessitated some procedural paperwork and verbal contact with the dealer that was holding the equipment as well as time and pickup constraints. Keith handled his end without a hitch. Machine transported and delivered and unloaded as agreed, undamaged. His communication was superb. Will definately use him again if opportunity arises, highly recommended. Thanks
