Several things made our experience shipping with Danielle very positive: Her communication was excellent; her arrival, on time; her equipment, in good condition; her handling of Tang, competent. As a Mom of a teenager, I especially appreciated Danielle's kindness to my daughter who was having to say "good bye" to a beloved animal.
