After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Upon booking, numerous unsuccessful attempts were made to reach the party who was releasing the item to be shipped. The customer became insistent I had not done so and should do so immediately. Additionally, the window to pick up the shipment, and to deliver the shipment became increasingly restricted (specific pickup times), which is just not possible with cross country point to point shipments and leads to further difficulty. Too many unrealistic requirements for shipments of this nature.

Most interesting reason for cancellation. Simply put as the client, the shipper was impertinent and impossible to work with. The fact being the shipper did not want this job and tried to make it look that the fault was mine. Highly unprofessional.
