I feel like I've been slapped. I spoke to shipper the day before pick up date and said I was going to be late to pick up, she wanted to get an idea of when I was going to pick up. I said I would know by noon and she said she'd call then and she did. I was 8 hours late on the delivery, drove all day long after she told me on the phone " It's ok, I am hear all day and have nothing better to do" I could have called her every two hours if she really wanted. Pick up was real happy with comunicatiion. Response from Patsy B.: Maybe you communicated with pick up person but not with me and I am the person paying you for the shipment. I called you at noon and you said it would be later afternoon 4 pickup. Pick up breeder called at 8 pm to say U left with them. I didn't get a call from you until you were outside my house at midnight! Better communication with me would of made it a better experience for me. I shouldn't have to call you. He did call and apologize after feedback was left and that was nice.

Cavies were delivered OK. Would use again. Response from Cooniebear: Delivery was a bit of a problem due to traffic with the president being in the area & the address would not pull up in GPS. We contacted the delivery person but instructions given were not clear. We also lost cell signal. However, we did call from a near by hotel and finally made delivery. Instructions were also left with the person we delivered to to contact the customer right away to let her know delivery was made and all was ok. Feeback was left prior to customer knowing what happened.

Was scheduled for pickup around noon but didn't get picked up till 8 pm. I had to call him at noon or so to see if everything went OK. He said it would be later afternoon but ended up being 8 pm. I am about 3 hrs away so stayed up waiting with no phone calls from him. The breeder he picked up from called me and let me know they were on their way. They did get delivered, so that was good. Just didn't like the non communication and putting everything on hold waiting for him all afternoon/night Response from DriverDan: Told her I would be late 24 hours in advance, spoke to her again 24hrs later before pick up and and then at delivery. I told breeder that I woud call as I was leaving pick up but she offered because she was calling anyway, I geuss that was my fault but I did keep in touch.
