What a great dog. Gus was a rock. We had a black cloud following us on this trip. Gus was calm and cooperative and seemed to know where we were and how close we were getting to home each day. The Dawson family is an awesome family. Thank you so much for the patience, understanding, and support during this trip. Gus is here safe and sound and we will always remember his cross country adventure with Bob. I know the trip was tough with weather and everything, but Bob pulled through and got Gus home to us. We are so thankful for his kind and patient spirit.
