I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The shipper who was to pick this up..Told me he was insured, we then found out he was not insured for cargo...This is not my driver..another company was picking this up to Del this way...Sorry shipper for the misunderstanding with his insurence....redbusy1

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved This a broker, didn't identify themselves as such. They offered me 2 vehicles of which they did not have. Information was sent to me for pick up, when I call to make arrangements with the customer, was told that the vehicle has already being transported.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I spoke to carrier and was told they had Cargo Insurance, when I checked with their insurance company I was told they had none. Carrier does not return my phone calls. Have to cancel due to the fact they have no cargo insurance as they indicated and they are unresponsive to my phone calls.

The carrier that was going to help with this load..Informed me that they had the proper insurence, That I then found out they didn't have the proper insurence, they DID have insurence not the proper amount they wanted, they wanted $1,000,000 for a $8,000 car..we didn't agree with the amount..We both areed that this wasn't going to work..2 Days later they wanted us to do it. We was already booked, and they already cancelled shippment at this time..We said we was sorry, then went on....

This shipper is a broker, who did not make sure that vehicle was available for shipping before she went ahead and request for transporters to bid on vehicle. I called the customer to make arrangements, then to find out the vehicle was already shipped by another transporter.
