The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver said he got in an accident the morning he was supposed to come, but he didn't call to notify me. It wasn't until he was an hour late and I had called and left multiple messages that he finally texted me back and dropped the news. I had already hired movers to load the truck and had to be out of the apt by that night, driver knew that it was all in the bid. The night before he was supposed to show up he sent me an email asking "when I needed delivery" as if it was not obviously stated in t

It really doesn't get any better. Great communication, professional, friendly and most important ON-TIME. Super clean enclosed trailer for the price of a open 10 car trailer that would have been more than likely late. I will only go with Steel Horse Transport for my car/bike transports from now on. Thanks guys!
