Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time After booking shipment, service provider has failed to respond to multiple attempts to contact to confirm shipping details. I tried to contact my email, phone call and voicemail, text message and uShip member support multiple times. Service provider has failed to respond to every single message and is supposed to pickup shipment tomorrow. No comfortable with this provider. Want to resist.

Good move. arrived early, was careful and didn't damage any walls. plenty of furniture pads to protect furniture. Good size truck. Stayed late even through the rain. Marrittgroup is great. Igor and team were very hard workers and did a fantastic job on my move. Showed up on time, packed everything, supplied all materials, very professional and courteous. They worked 37hrs straight on my move. I had 2 houses to move into 1 from Ohio to New York. Between packing and unloading 2x and driving 12 hours, they never let up and was excellent. Not to mention they had to drive back to MD after all that. Anyone looking to ship must use Marrittgroup. They are the best Response from Marrittgroup2008: Thank You, Rico!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider stated he would show up Friday around 5pm. He did not show. None of his numbers on his profile work. His email doesn't work. he has not contact me and I have no way to reach him. Yet he always responded to questions on the bid until he won the bid and then is nowhere to be found.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper agreed in their bid and in all the answers to my questions to pick up the bike on 8/15. He emailed me after winning the bid and said he can't pick it up and it would have to be a week later. I tried to accommodate him by providing him with different options because we are going out of town the next week. I informed him he would have to pick up by Monday since our flight is Tuesday. He said he won't be in town until Tuesday for another shipment. I informed him we are getting on a flig Response from dallas2694: this shipper is not a truthfull person! he had changed his pick up time several times' he asked me for a contract and i faxed hima contract! it stated that the time for p/u was still not set because of his buisy scedule!. also he had been trying to ship this motorcycle for six months' prior to my bid!. and he could not agree on shipping dates with other bidders'! check and see for yourself! this shipper should not be allowed to ship on USHIP because of his rude and abusive attitude! beware!
