The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I assume there were some kinds of problems , but unfortunately things happen and there was little or no communications

I realize that there are going to be disagreements at times in any transaction , and I can only speak to my experience. John was extremely helpful, and moved a classic vehicle from Oregon to S Texas at half the rate and twice as fast as any other shipper offered. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition , John personally delivered and was prfessional and courteous. I will not hesitate to use him again.
