Very nice people to work with. This job could not have been easier. Payment was made at the pickup and the pickup and delivery times were flexable. It would be nice if every shipment was this easy. Thanks for giving me the chance to work with you, Ken.

Jeff Knoila provided excellent service. He was polite, professional, on time, took care wrapping and carrying items to be shipped, provided clear information, and made pick up and delivery easy for us. We would definitely use Jeff's services again.

Very punctual. Called prior to arrival, which was appreciated. Furniture delivered promptly to destinations (our requirements called for two drop off points). Reliability, and at a fair price. Two people handled items capably and with care. Excellent service.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time 3Xs. They did not notify the customer that they were not able to keep appointments. They were accommodating in other ways but the scheduling conflicts could not be resolved.
