The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider bid and I accepted. After I accepted her car broke down. She told me I could cancel and now I can't reach her by phone. I tried to be patient but my items need to be shipped soon and I can't wait any longer.

From the first time I spoke with Kristy on the phone I felt like I was talking to an old friend. We encountered a couple issues and Kristy went above and beyond to help me get my puppy home.
