A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We had two clients with the same last name,and we got our shipments crossed. I thought we had his truck on our shipment, when my driver had the other going to Atlanta, instead of Virgina. Very sorry for the misunderstanding. My driver didn't want to make the trip til after the 1st, which would make the time frame to long for client.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I booked this shipment on 12/21 with this service provider because they said they would pickup my shipment on their way north after Christmas. After booking the shipment I did not hear from them to make arrangements for completing the transaction. So, on 12/28 I called the service provider to make the arrangements; the service provider guaranteed me they would make the arrangements, call me back, and call the point of contact where the vehicle was located. I did not hear back from the service

Recommend to anyone who has a big bike to ship. Comunication was great, bike arrived ahead of time as coordinated, and was in excellent shape do to the enclosed trailer. Will work with these nice people again...
