Alex was excellent in communicating with me on every leg of this transport. Alex documented the condition of the trailer and sent me pictures before he loaded up my trailer. Alex took the time to help setup my trailer after he unhooked it from his vehicle. My experience with Alex was always positive and pleasant. Pickup was on time and communication was very good. Dave placed my unit just where I ask him too. My unit was damaged in transport and Dave provided his insurance information, but when I contacted his insurance agent I was told Dave did not have coverage for towing.
Response from Muddslinger:
I can't believe that you would post this almost one year after completion of the job. At delivery of the trailer, a visual inspection found no damage but did inform you that I ran over a tire tread in Little Rock. You called a few hours later to inform me that you found damage, I contacted my insurance and gave them all the information. Your ins. is primary for road hazard and we offered to pay the deduct. to the repair shop after ver. of damage and repair, you refused.

SNL Transport showed up right on time and was very professional and friendly. My 5th wheel was delivered quickly and in great condition. SNL Transport even leveled my unit for me and give me a call to let me know delivery had been completed. Thank you so much for such great service.
