A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My daughter was getting the dog that we were sending from PA to FL. The settlement date changed on their new house which is 5 hrs from where they live AND she is 8 mos pregnant. There was no way they could accommodate the dog at this point. The shipper agreed to wait til the last minute to see if it was savageable and was willing to do anything he could to help. This shipper communicated frequently, professionally, yet friendly & caring with respects to our problem. This shipper is an asset to U
