The service provider needs to improve his communication. Once I did choose him, it was hard to get a hold of him.One day before pickup, his driver had no idea where to exactly pickup the boat and where to bring it. I had to give him this data even if the service provider had it since a week.
The driver himself was really helpful and did a great job . Unfortunately his truck broke down (that can happen to everybody)100 miles before the destination so I had to go get the boat and trailer by myse
