The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time service provider cancelled on day of pick up. Had picture of item to be shipped for four days and discussed details of shipping. then states item wont ship on ramps? Stated he had a 40 trailer and could take additional freight. Not upfront on cancellation, complained USHIP was getting too large of cut in payment.

First Class shipper - NEW truck & trailer - Called to OK shipment at 10 AM and 8000 lb heavy equipment with attachments arrived at 0700 the next morning! Responsive communications, very competitive bid, helpful load/unload. Will definately use again! Highly recommended!
