I was very pleased with the service. The service provider called me to arrange the pick up of the item, then let me know when he had it and approximately when it would arrive. The night before he delivered it - he called to give an approximate time he would be in the area. The day of delivery - he called me when he was about 45 minutes away so that I could be home for the delivery. The lion was in perfect condition and he placed it in the yard for me. Very nice man and I would recommend him
