If you would have called me and said, dude I overbooked, cant do it, whatever. We could have stopped the transaction with no problems. I have been totally screwed up on this car now because I had to wait three days for the cancellation. It really put a bad taste in my mouth for independant shippers. If you cannot provide someone else with the services you promised PLEASE call and tell them. It sucks to wonder what is up with your car, will the people be able to hold it for the extra time.......

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Car was to be picked up 4/27. Did not hear anything from anyone, figured it was picked up and just no phone call...it happens. Car was to be delivered NLT 4/30. On 4/28 I received an email from car owner that shipper never showed up. Tried ALL day to get ahold of shipper. Tried on and off ALL DAY Monday, finally late Monday nite he texted me and said his Father had a medical problem, (he should have called me RIGHT AWAY) not have to wait for me to contact him. And he would call me Tuesday. Waite

Vehicle was to be delivered Friday. Finally showed up following Wed. Montway is merely a "middle man" deal directly with whomever is going to truly manage your shipment. Was NOT pleased by Montway on this shipment
