I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

I told the shipper that the location closed at 4 and they needed to show up prior to that. They never gave me advance notice saying they wouldn't be there by 4. They called at 7:30 pm saying they were at the bodyshop.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Wish I could give 0 stars. Told me shipment would be arranged by 12/21 at the latest. It is 12/22, I am being charged storage fees and unable to reach anyone at the company.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I listed this with it needing to be picked up by June 10th. They accepted saying they could pick up on the 17th. I called to find out what the status was and never heard anything back. They then attempted a pick up on the 17th with no advance notice after the business had closed. Now they're saying it will be another 4 weeks before they can pick it up.
