I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Me and the customer did speak with each other over his shipment. I did inform the customer that I could no longer accommodate him with his shipment because of a conflicting shipment prior to his. Then he said he would call me back to try and do something different with this vehicle. I professionally gave him ample amount of time in his request of the cancellation notice. He then called and asked me could I pick the vehicle up and deliver it to Alabama and deliver it to his friend. I did tell him

No- show / No-calls/ No-communication. Went out of my way to make this happen and he still flaked out.

Customer called me 5 hrs after the cutoff time I listed, I was 140 miles out of town by then and told him dispatch would not let me go back. If that isn't communication then I guess I am a flake.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment ***DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER***Service Provider accepted my shipment at the agreed price of $565.00. SUV was to be delivered to San Antonio, Texas no later than Saturday Sept 15, 2007. Service Provider contacted me Friday Sept 14, 2007 stating his customer in Houston had cancelled out and he doubted he would be able to deliver SUV to San Antonio. I went through the trouble of contacting a co-worker who was in Tuscaloosa, Alabama this past weekend and asked him if he could meet this Servic
