This transport company was very responsive and easy to work with. Everything they told me prior to committing to use them, was the same after I made the commitment. I agreed to cost and selected this company on Thursday morning and the car was picked up and at my door by Saturday morning - can't ask for anything more than that. Driver was very responsive, kept me informed and was here at my house when he said that he would be. If I have a need, I will use this company again for sure!

Gilbert - (cruzlinefreight)is a very nice individual and is trying hard to establish himself in this arena. The one thing that I talked with him about was the need for good communication. As the person on my end waiting for the merchandise, there is a lot of anxiety not knowing how that merchandise will arrive. I told Gilbert that he needs to communicate with all parties better - he agreed. Outside of this - a very good experience.
