The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Earl was unable to make it to the pickup location during the required business hours of 9 to 5. It takes 6 men to load this item so it must be picked up during those said hours. He can not wait around for them to reopen on Monday morning. He called to tell me he was sorry but its a no go.
