There has been some confusion regarding the packaging of the shipment. It has been verified that the shipment is on a pallet, shrink wrapped and strapped. The service provider will not receive loading assistance at the pick up location and a pallet jack or similar will be required to move the pallets.

Load was much larger than expected and the shipper/provider took extra care to handle it. I definitely would use his services again.

Excellent service. They had to deal with a government agency which was almost impossible to communicate with, had the item in different location than posted, and different contact personnel than listed on the sales certificate. They still got the job done in a timely manner.
