The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Item was listed at 150 lb. but when i got there it was at least 400-500 lb. maybe more.
Two of us could barely lift it an inch, so I told customer that if I can get more guys to help then we would move it but I can't and its not worth it. Sorry but I have to cancel.
