The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Upon Arrival to Pickup and thus Service Shippers LOAD, Service Provider discovered that the Individual and Total Weights of each Piece of Equipment to be Transported were Grossly Misquoted, including the Total Combined Dimensions for each Piece of Equipment. After Three Discussions with the Customer, the Customer Agreed Verbally to compensate Service Provider for additional costs to be incurred by the Service Provider as necessary to complete the Shipment, but then REFUSED TO COMPLETE and thus

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled This is a whole semi-load worth of cages and equipment.

My customer is Very nice lady she was purchasing these pets display cases and she was unable to come to terms with the person she was buying them from therefore she no longer needed this shipped.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We listed the items as a lot thinking the shipper would understand. Combined weight was at the top. Shipper doubled his quote, which we agreed to, but he cancelled because we had problems retrieving his invoice and didn't get it signed and back to him on time.

Randy was amazing! What a great guy! He played with my puppies on the way and made there ride as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend him for your transport needs! Very puncual and reliable. Be sure and invite him in for a home cooked meal or send one to go while he's there. I am very blessed to have my happy healthy puppies arrive in tip top shape. I will be using Randy for all my future shippments. Thank you so much Randy!
