The provider left me in a lurch, cost me an entire week and then informed me he wasn't going to be able to haul my bike, took another job in a different direction. Not very professional to say the least.

The bike was delivered today, 8/9. There was a small problem with the soft handlebar straps that I used. They pulled the end off the rubber handle bar cover. Tim, I am sorry that happened. I would like to haul again for Tim. Thanks Tim-John

Eric and Kym are the BEST OUT THERE! They tried to make the original shipment work and went I got DUMPED by the other wonderful shipper, they jumped right back in and saved my deal. Great people that communicate extremely well, take excellent care of your goods and do exactly what they say they will. I will use them again for sure. Thanks guys, great to meet you!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Jay called me on Weds. AM about picking up my bike. Said he was in route from Ohio but should be able to get to the pickup either Weds. PM or Thursday AM, weather permitting. The weather didn't turn bad until Thursday PM at the pick up location but he has not shown up nor returned 3 e-mails and 4 phone messages over a 48 hour period inquiring to the status of my shipment. I re-arranged work schedules and life events to be able to accomodate delivery and he never showed and never returned any com
