I went to meet person on scheduled date, but she had a flight at 4pm. I arrived at 2:50pm after receiving a call to pick up dog from her neighbor, which was fine. However, i looked for 3 1/2 hours for the dog-neighbors knew she had a dog and all, bud nobody knew where to find it. I checked voicemail, and Apt 206 was what she said, and conntless knocks and trying to get someone were without luck. I even sent another driver next day, and same thing-no luck. I would do this in a second for these ni

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Scheduled date was 7 Oct. On 7 Oct the service provider changed it to 8 Oct and was to call in the morning. There was no call and the residents of Apt 206 were home all day Friday except to walk to the mailbox or take the dog for a walk. They don't work and don't have a car. When the owner left for the Airport she still had not received a call from Service Provider with a new pickup time. She never got a call from the provider saying he couldn't locate the dog. Still need Roxy shipped.

This transoprt was attempted at EVERY reasonable effort-I had 3 very tiny puppies in the car and cound NOT leave unattended-it is my job and duty to care for those with me! I spoke to 3 neighbors who said the girl who was to leave the dog was flighty, a "partier", and were all sympathetic with me. They and I tried EVERYTHING to locate the dog, and even pulled another driver off route to assist in looking. Dad was in Colorado and daughter was partying in Florida and I was caught in the middle.

On time for pickup and delivered as promised. I received a call each day to let me know how are dog was doing. Roxy received excellent care. Definitely would use this service provider again.
