Roger (and Steve) were absolutely fantastic! Roger's timing and communication were on-point from start to finish, his trailer and truck(s) were in great condition, and he even offered up driving/hazard conditions from SLC to DEN (he left ahead of us). I would certainly use Swift Transportation again in full confidence that I would receive another great experience.

James did a great job with the haul-the bike arrived nicely straped down and in the same condition as when he picked it up. I wish he used more actual phone communication instead of text, but overall he did a very good job given the time frame of the pickup and delivery. Plus, he was very affordable compared to a lot of the other shippers. Thanks, Dan
