Ross went way beyound my expectations conserning the break down of our 5th wheel. He stayed with our unit for 4 days, over saw the repair,sped up the parts delivery in a very timely manor. couldn't have asked for a better shipper in choosing ross. hopefully we made a life long friend who we will use for all of our shipments.if you need a recomandation for ross, do not hesitate to email me.the bottom line, Excelent service,excelent delivery co. just an all around great experience.thanks alot ross

EXCELLENT service providers, EXCELLENT sanatary conditions with the upmost care given to your pets 24/7, EXCELLENT vehicle to provide your precious pets with a comfortable and very safe journey, EXCELLENT personal sevice given by two of the most friendly and professional husband and wife team in the uship family! EXCELLENT comunication thru out, went way out of their way to contac us and reasure us our babies were safe. Probably stayed in contac more than our own children... lol.bye phil&karen

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the service provider notified us that she could not accomodate our shipment.jackie contacted me,with enough notice for us to make other arrangements. we thought that was very professional on her part , so we could make other arrangements for our shipment. there for we had to cancel. it was not because of any wrong doing by the service provider.

delivered ahead of time.the horse was in great shape,not upset at all from the long ride.very clean trailer,kept intouch with us through out the trip. sherry is very friendly and caring with the animals. it is great to find a provider who prides her self on doing the best she possibly can.on a scale of 1 to 10 we would rate her a 15!we will recomend her to all our friends.if you have any questions about this provider please ask us.sherry,thanks for making our first experence a great one!
