Very Poor communication and did not perform as stated. They told me the dates when they would pick the unit up and a month later still had not done so. The only contact in over a month was my call to them asking when I should be expecting delivery. I did my part, they did not do theirs. Beware!

Great service! Actually, better than I expected! Bike was in great condition and the tranaction was easy with these guys! Good communication as they kept me in the loop the whole way!
