I no longer need my item(s) shipped I no longer need the bike to be picked up in Cartersville, North Carolina. There is no problem with your services, I just do not need the bike picked up.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I got a phone call from the provider to tell me a sob story about how he got pulled over by the police or highway patrol and then they conducted a "level one" inspection of the vehicle which failed. Not my problem! When I spoke to the shipper, he thought he was talking to the person he was to contact to set up the time and date for collection instead of me!
The shipper could not even answer a simple question as to where he was at the time he called me! Not competent to say the least!

Raf is one hardworking individual! He did exactly as he said he would do and was on time, in fact, early by at least one day! My bike arrived in perfect condition and I'm very happy with how things have turned out!
I'd be very happy to use Victory Logistics again in the future! Raf is a very busy man in high demand, but, if you want something done, you ask a busy person to help you!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I noticed a high rate of cancellations and only 6 shipments since 2019. I'm not happy with just one person doing the entire job alone on a long cross country trip and sleeping in his truck. I feel as though this might compromise the overall safety of the journey.

This was how a shipment is supposed to go! It was perfect from the start until the finish! Don gave a very fair and reasonable price for the job, unlike many of the "sharks" who want to base their retirement package on a single move!
Don picked up the bike in a very prompt manner and delivered it well within my requested time frame and the bike was in perfect condition upon arrival!
I highly recommend Don and Economove to everyone who needs a shipment handled properly!
