Even though the dog wasn't house-trained and had a high energy level, Bruce was respectful and kind. Our dog was also matted and stinky from being in a kennel environment for so long, and Bruce gave him a bath until his fur was sparkling clean. He returned all of our calls and shipped the dog in only a few short days for a very reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a dog transported and wants someone who will be patient and give the dog all the attention he/she needs.
