A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved called day before scheduled pick-up guy said he wouldn't be ready for 3 hours after the time planned and didn't have the time to wait around for 3 hours longer

First Class all the way.I paid the deposit to let me know his schedule. He called to schedule the pickup once he started his trip. He then texted me with pictures to let me know he had picked up my scooter and what his return schedule would be. Very professional, great communication, will definitely recommend to all my friends
