Tim was a professional pleasure to deal with in every way. I was required to be out of town on the day of delivery, so my wife had to meet him at the marina...but she had only driven a boat once before! Tim installed a battery for us, launched the boat, drove to the slip, and tied it safely for us! Finally, when I first tried to get it started, I called him at home and he talked me through a few things that I couldn't figure out! Great guy, great, safe, on-time service. Strong recommendation!!!!
