Very quick pick up and delivery. Chose because of enclosed transport and bike showed up in the open bed of a pick up. They had truck problems so had to complete delivery with pick up and U Haul trailer. Better than late I suppose. Driver kept in touch as he was running behind and checked first to be sure that I was OK with a delivery near midnight which was fine.
