Good overall experience despite some initial delays. Recommend calling pickup and destination parties as soon as changes occur so that they can plan accordingly. Rod has a great attitude and is easy to deal with and takes great care with his shipments. Would use him again.

Great first-time shipping experience with Mr. Fraze and U-Ship. Mr. Fraze was phenominal; he responded promotely to emails and was more than willing to accomidate my schedule. Once the item was picked up, he phoned daily to inform me of his location and the delivery time. Absolutely no issues and will request him next time I ship. Highly recommend Mr. Jim Fraze.
