A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper was extremely expedient in getting to the Copart location to pickup the vehicle but vehicle couldn't be released as Banks were closed due to Veteran's Day on Wednesday. Shipper stated that he could not wait for payment to clear.
