He had 2 full weeks after booking before he had to pick up during whihc he could have made contact: I called and emailed him repeatedly with no return responses. This guys is a hack trying to grab as many bids as possible without any thought to whether he can actually service the customer. Get him off of Uship. He bids first and doesn't care if it turns out he can't make it to you. I am running a business with clients who rely on me and unprofessional shippers like this are BAD FOR BUSINESS.

I only have 500 characters to write this which is definitely not enough to describe what a totally arrogant, unprofessional nightmare this guy is. He was the rudest, most uncooperative pr*** and acted like he was doing us a favor. He actually felt it was appropriate to tell me that he makes a lot of money as an engineer and didn't need to do this, just after keeping me waiting 6 hours and then refusing to complete the pick up or return my calls. Get this guy off of Uship

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Terms of the bid - set by the shipper, not me - were that he would pick up within 10 days of acceptance of bid, and deliver within 7 days of pick up. I have not once heard from him, I've called repeatedly and emailed, and never received a return call nor response via email. He does not answer his phone, either. This is highly unprofessional and I now have an angry client who still does not have chairs I promised to get to him in a timely manner. This kind of lack of courtesy should not be tolera

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have waited a month for this shipper, and after being reassured many times that pick up was imminent, I am now being told by David Tomei that I can 'cancel' if I wish to because his truck is still stuck in Denver. I should have been notified weeks ago that this was a possibility, and it is possible that theis shipper's lack of comunication and ability to complete my job may have cost me this sale and the customer, as the customer now wants to back out.
