A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The owner of the vehicle no longer wants to have the unit shipped. Steve was terrific with communication right away and is no fault of his. We will definitely use his services in the future

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not show up at agreed upon dates that were into the approval upon accepting the shipment. The service provider cannot find a driver and advised us it could take 3 or more days for the shipment to be picked up which is unacceptable. This service provider deals with auto transport and informed us they could handle this shipment of a motorcycle which they cannot clearly do. A refund is requested.

Rick is great and very professional. Motorcycle was strapped well in enclosed transport was able to pickup and deliver within the same day highly recommend. Motorcycle arrived to customer in perfect condition, Will definitely use in the future for more shipments.
