This move was completed as promised and delivered a few days before dead line.Not 1 hour late.This customer demanded White Glove service after accepted Transpotation Only.He left Neutral feed back for me because I could not handle his 2000-3000 lb. safe by hand.I am returning your "Neutral" mister Unreasonable.Movers ,stay away from this one.

He did a very good job on taking care of my safe.This feedback is retaliation b/c of the feedback I left him.My add clearly stated from residential garage to residential garage.I had to get the man I purchased the safe from to rent a truck & move it to his office.I had to have it delivered to my office and rent a truck to take it home as well.I had bids in the same range that would have done it all for much less than my total bill.Also, according to the manufacturer the safe weighed 1850lbs.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Deal fell through and customer did not buy trailer,hence no longer needed my services. Dave/KingTransport

They are very difficult to deal with.You do it their way.I had to pay extra $150 on the p/up side to have the gun safe moved to a loading dock and $ 120.00 on the drop off side b/c it had to be dropped off at a loading dock.The add stated it was to be moved from residental garage to residental garage.He called at 9p.m. and told that they would be dropping off at 10a.m.We agreed on 2 he got there at 3.He did take very careful care of the safe.Sum Expect to spend more on both end they do NO labor.

The safe was delivered on the next day.(Time for delivery was 7 days).My service was booked as transport only.I am always glad to help but customer's demand to handle manually 2000-3000lb. safe was unreasonable.

Delivered in great shape. Communication coming from the shipper was slow but did answer and/or respond to all communication I initiated. I would recommend them highly just would encourage them to be more proactive in communicating with me the customer.

Dont understand this feedback, maybe he's talking about the dealer?? We spoke several times over the phone and email and we only had car in our possesion for 30 hours for 1000 miles!!!! If this shipper wanted to communicate more then we already did, he should try a 1-900 number for his needs. Im sorry but we are very busy here and we dont have time to talk about everything that comes to mind!! Cant please everybody these days... We are transporters, not a talkline nor a babysitter!!!! :)
