The provider, Amcarizonaparts had/has a disconnected phone line and would not respond to repeated email attempts on my part. After almost a month, I gave up and decided to look for another shipper. Not sure why this guy went silent on me, maybe personal problems? Either way, a bit of a waste of time and effort on my part. Hope he gets his act together for future clients!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period While the shipper Todd Birch seemed like a solid guy, I have been unable to contact him for some time now. His phone number is disconnected and he is not responding to direct emails. My reason for canceling is simply that I need to get my item and waiting around for him at this point feels like an ongoing waste of time. He might have some problems he is trying to work out, and I am not really upset at this point, but would like to move forward with another shipper who is perhaps more capable

A hard worker that hit some mechanical snags along the way, but got me the Vespa in fine shape and he even discounted my rate by 20 bucks and brought it further than than originally agreed. Very happy and would use again. Thanks Wade!
