If I could give Warren a ten I would. He responded to my add within an hour ( Friday PM). Gave me a great price and delivered my purchase from MD to Boston within 48 hours (Sunday AM). Totally unexpected , he saved me a lot of aggravation. He picked it up on Saturday, his original delivery date was Wednesday,but he called and asked if I would mind if he dropped it off Sunday. I was going to have to reinstall the old chair, then disconnect it and install the replacement chair. Great Job!!!!!!
