We were more than accepting of the fact that you were unable to secure transport for our vehicle, but we are not happy about the fact that we have still not received a refund for your portion of the shipment fees, $197.00, since November 30. Please process our refund ASAP. Up until this point, you acted professionally. Four emails and three phone calls later with no response, not so much. Leaving this for others who may consider using Professional Auto Transporters. Thank you.

Communication and logistical planning on your end could not have gone better. Thank you so much for taking care of that and making our job that much easier. The customers vehicle was located in a very difficult part of South Carolina (Hilton Head Island) unfortunately this was a dead route and there was no driver running this route within their timeframe. We tried our best but we were no longer able to accommodate this shipment. Thank you!

Nothing but good things! That's all I have to say about this transaction. Kevin (Roadmasters) was just great to work with and I would certainly not hesitate to contact him for any future car shipments. He was very good about communicating all aspects of the shipment, from first contact to pickup of the vehicle and then delivery. He had some "bumps" along the way and handled them by calling me first and then moved things along. You will have no worries if you choose them for your transport!

It's always nice when things finely go right and that's what RoadMasters strives on. "Getting the job done" ! At pick up the van would not start or come out of gear to be loaded. I notified Karen as we worked through those issues and she is a very decisive women with a good head on her shoulders. Bill help at off loading.Great people these 2

I was happy with the outcome of my transaction with RT66 Auto Shippers. My car arrived, a bit later than was planned, but in one piece and without any real incidents. The driver was delayed due to holiday traffic, but he completed his mission even though he had to deliver the car at 11:30 PM. Thanks RT66!
